You can delete your account whenever you like. It takes a minute, and it is permanent.
In the app and on the website you confirm with your password, unless you signed up with Google and never set one.
Both are there so no money of yours is left in an account nobody can reach.
This happens straight away, and nobody can sign in to the account again. You can sign up later with the same email address, as a new account.
We keep the records of your orders and payments, the eSIMs you bought, your wallet transactions and top-up requests (including any proof of payment you uploaded, and the details of a Binance Pay transfer), and your support queries.
The law requires us to keep financial records, and these are what show which money moved and why — including for a refund or a disputed payment. They stay attached to the deleted account, which no longer holds your name or email address, although a payment screenshot or a support message still contains whatever it showed or said, and a Binance Pay transfer still shows the sender’s Binance display name.
An eSIM already installed on a phone keeps working until its plan ends. After the account is deleted you can no longer see it, reinstall it or top it up with us — so if you will need more data on one, add it before you delete the account.
More about what we collect and how long we keep it is in our privacy policy.
