Italy eSIM

Plans start at $0.48 USD and go up to $106.00 USD, depending on how much data you need and for how long. That is the full price — there is no activation fee and nothing is added at checkout.

Allowances run from 300 MB to 100 GB. Maps and messaging use very little; streaming and hotspotting a laptop use a lot. 84 of our 92 Italy plans can be topped up later, so starting small is a reasonable way to find out.

Most start on first connection in Italy, so you can install before you fly. 3 start on install instead, and those are labelled before you pay.

Yes. The eSIM is data only and sits alongside your normal SIM, so calls and texts keep working on your usual number. Turn mobile data off for your home SIM to avoid roaming charges from your own carrier.

Depending on the plan, 3, 7acht, A1, A1.net and AIS and others. Speeds are 3G/4G/5G and 3G/4G where the local network supports it.
